520 N. 2nd St. This house is a duplex w/ 2 bedrooms on first floor and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. If the entire house is rented, the upstairs living room can be a 6th bedroom. There is a kitchen/living room/bathroom upstairs and downstairs. Can be rented to a group or individually, or as 2 seperate units(3 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs) with separate entrances. Completely furnished w/ bedroom furniture, washer/dryer, living room furniture, and  refrigerator/microwave/and stove in the kitchens. Rent is $425 per room for medium rooms, 400 for the smallest room and 450 for the large 3rd floor bedroom. Gas/electric/water/ lawn/garbage are included.
