Nice One Bedroom partially furnished apartment close to campus is available for the 2025-2026 school year.  This is for a 6 month lease from January-June. There is only 1 student per apartment. There is off-street parking. Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. For a one-bedroom partially furnished apartment, rent is $800.  A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required for each tenant.  Heat, water, sewer and garbage are included.  Students are responsible for electric, internet and cable.
